What Happens After Submission?
The FOIL Officer has five business days to grant or deny your request. If more time is needed, they will acknowledge receipt of your request and provide an approximate date for a response.

If you are requesting Fire Reports, please provide the address and date of loss.
If you are requesting 911 Transcripts/Audio, please provide the address, the call date, and any names associated with the call(s) made.
NOTE: Most records preserved by the County Clerk's Office are already public records and readily accessible through the County website or the main office, so there is no need to submit a Freedom of Information request.
